RELIGIOUS EDUCATION INFORMATION AND FEES

- General Information
  
  Registrations are now accepted for the 2025-2026 Our Lady Queen of Peace Religious Education Program.
  
  First-time registrants must provide a copy of the Baptismal Certificate with the Registration Form. We accept students in Grades 9 and above who need to receive Confirmation.
  All returning students must complete a Registration Form. No student is automatically re-registered.
  Families of all students in the OLQP Religious Education Program must be registered parishioners. Any families who are not parishioners of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, please email Mrs. Barbara Dennis at [email protected] before registering your child into the program.
- Early Registration Incentive
  
  There will be a $25.00 discount on tuition fees if you register your child by May 1, 2025
  $75.00 for one child,
  $100.00 for two children,
  $125.00 for three or more children.
  After May 1, 2025 the fees will be:
  $100.00 for one child,
  $125.00 for two children, and
  $150.00 for three or more children.
  
  Retreat fees:
  Grade 2 - $20.00, additional fee, First Holy Communion,
  Grades 4-6, $30.00,additional fee, Formation Retreat,
  $50.00, additional fee, Grades 7&8, Confirmation Retreat
- Catholic School Student Policy
  
  Students who attend a Catholic School in the Diocese of Paterson are required to register but are exempt from the class registration fee. However, they are required to attend their grade’s retreat and are therefore expected to pay the fee for the Retreats and the Family Faith Formation program.
  
  Important explanatory note for catholic school students: those who are in:
  First Penance/First Holy Communion year (second grade), must still register and participate in the parish retreat(s) for the sacraments that they are preparing to receive, but do not need to come to our classes because Reverend Brown Elementary School provides for these two sacraments' preparation.
  Confirmation year students (I and II/7th and 8th grades) are required to register and attend all Confirmation programs (classes, retreats, etc.) at OLQP because Pope John Middle School does not provide Confirmation preparation.
